The Modway Lounge Egg Chair is super cozy! The egg itself is plenty roomy and big enough for adults. The cushion is a decent size and pretty darn comfy, but for bigger adults, an extra head pillow would help. It’s easy to move around in there and take up any desired position… upright seating, laid back or even curled up for a quick nap. We are sure you will find this chair super comfortable.

Durability
Keep in mind that this chair has a 265lb weight limit. That said, the actual construction is solid. The powder coated steel frame and the PE wicker are strong, weather resistant, yet beautiful.

The Modway Abate Swing Chair is probably the most unique, eye-catching hanging chairs on the market and it tops our list for Design due to it’s modern style. It’s not really a hammock, nor a hanging egg.. it’s in a category of it’s own. This one does not come with it’s own stand which may be a negative factor for some.

The more closed shape of the conventional egg chairs offer a cool cocoon feeling so if that’s what you’re after this may not be for you. However, the openness has it’s benefit. It gives a feeling of airlessness, minimalism and you can hang your legs off the sides too.

This Modway chair is also super solid. Made of powder coated steel, wrapped with PE all-weather wicker. This means you can use it indoors or out. That said, it’s a good idea to keep the pillow out of the elements if you’re not using it for a while. Also this one has a 265lb weight limit.

Versatility
